The foundation of an effective total quality management (TQM) effort is commitment .The commitment is a successful implementation of TQM in our organization from top to bottom and therefore TQM Is a culture in our organization .We monitor quality in every stage of production from fabrication to accessories to production ,daily Q/C and inspection reports are uploaded on the system for each customer. Each customer is assigned a password to download their respective Q/C reports.
